- Begin running regular Retrospective sessions with the Technology team to identify where the problems are, and how they are going to fix them
- Run 1-on-1 coaching sessions with each member of the Technology team
- Collate feedback and work with the leadership team on potential changes that can be made
- Test identified ideas to improve the team

- Work with the potential new IT/Delivery Manager to build development plans for the Technology team
